How long does dispatch take?
Our mugs are hand printed to order. We usually dispatch orders the next working day, but please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Mug World currently delivers within the UK only, but international delivery is planned for the future.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £25.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. You can currently buy 3 mugs and save 10%.
What should I do if my mug arrives damaged?
Please email office@mug-world.co.uk with your order number and photographs showing the damage. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and returned in suitable condition. Refunds do not include postage costs either way unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
